Synopsis: Warhorse One is presented as an action film, its plot consists of a long chase and lots of shooting/stabbing. On a technical level, however, directors Johnny Strong’s story of one man against another is so fondly staged that none of the action, except for one competent sequence, feels like it. As if it was actually happening. A lot of it is about our hero, the last one standing of a trapped salvage mission in Afghanistan, taking shots at foes with his rifle out of casing.
