Synopsis: Lucy is time-shifted from 2024 to 2003 in Time Cut. Here, she attempts to stop the murder of the sister she has never met and the unidentified killer. On paper, the plots are remarkably similar, and both females ask a helpful high school nerd for assistance in getting the time machine to function. Where am I getting at with this? The murderers wear remarkably similar masks, and they are able to return to their own time. Unquestionably, they are nearly identical. Totally Killer, however, cleverly parodied all the colorful clichés of the late 1980s. For a year, Time Cut is unable to accomplish the same. It eschews the humor in favor of a more melancholy approach and it genuinely feels like it was just a few weeks ago.
