Synopsis: Raised in the family tradition, Sophie spent her entire life hunting. However, there was a recent encounter where she met an animal’s gaze. She became vegan in addition to giving up hunting because she couldn’t bring herself to squeeze the gun. Inviting her childhood friend and fellow hunter Kyle to her family’s isolated cottage, Sophie plans to take her fiancé Nolan hunting when he chooses to write an article on hunting for the foodie magazine he edits. Although Kyle is expected to be joined by his girlfriend, he shows there alone and says his significant other had to attend to work. Nolan is immediately uneasy about this.
