Synopsis: Rongen accepts the job out of desperateness and arrives on the island with a massive chip on his shoulder, which is exacerbated by the rural setting and the dismal state of his team. Rongen does not want to be there, and the players do not believe in one another enough because no one has inspired them. As with all sports films, it only takes time for the coach and players to learn from one another, but it’s a steep learning curve.
