Synopsis: Heads of State is a quirky and fun movie about two world leaders coming together to avert a global calamity. It follows the President of the United States, Will Derringer, and the Prime Minister of the U.K., Sam Clarke. They don’t see at the outset because their styles of governance are different. They have been forced to work together to survive an awful set of circumstances. An enemy presents a significant threat to the safety of the world with a nefarious plan. However, only the President and the Prime Minister can stop it. With the assistance of a witty CIA agent named Noel Bisset, they have an incredible adventure that includes running from enemies, hand-to-hand fighting, and a surprising revelation. They zigzag across the world, experiencing trouble with evil perpetrators whose interests lie with them and discovering their plans. The President and Prime Minister end up developing a better understanding of each other and end up respecting one another. Their partnership continues to evolve, complementing each other’s strengths as they end up stopping the plot only at the last minute.
