Synopsis: In The Penguin, Oz Cobb is a mid-level crime leader who serves the Falcone family. Cobb sees the death of the town’s patriarch and his son as a chance to consolidate his power. He employs a rookie named Victor Aguilar to drive him around and familiarize him with the customs of Gotham City’s criminal underworld. Cobb plans to introduce more potent drug to Gotham than what the current round of “drops” are using. a substance to which users develop addictions while using it as eye drops. Sofia, the surviving Falcone sibling, is currently fresh out of Arkham Asylum and is unclear of the specific cause of her brother’s death.
