Synopsis: We begin the second season of House of the Dragon with the First Men in Episode 1. The Night’s Watch maintains its vigil as the first signs of winter approach. Jace arrives to negotiate with the Starks, bringing up that the realm is about to implode. Although Lord Cregan Stark reminds him that their responsibility is divided between the North and the South, the Starks do recall their honor. As we all know, the Hightowers are snatching at the throne, and Jace wants Stark to join them and bolster their claim. Men cannot be removed from The Wall by Stark. We are aware of what is out there and the risk of an eternal Winter is too great to force those men to leave. But a raven from Dragonstone shows up, verifying the startling events of season one.
